Three Album Release 9/3/25!!

Firstly, AKAL's Camera Obscura album is a batch of music recorded nearly 17 years ago, and we thought a nasty computer crash had digested it forever in the bowels of the Sarlacc, BUT! It was found on a friend's computer, because "if it's not saved twice, it's not saved!" Thank you Evan Jones!! AKAL is a new group, and is a compilation of music Troy Williams and I created, themed around transformation, death and rebirth with an electronic industrial indigenous psychedelic atmosphere. Secondly, Shabad & Singh is the name of the project for my first mantra album. It is Kundalini Kirtan that is spacious, upbeat, calming and trance inducing, which is the goal of meditation and mantra. I began writing music for these ancient and potent Gurmukhi mantras 7 years ago, and my goal was to give Kundalini Yoga classes, music that resembled the intensity of the practice. Thirdly, my THIRD KatsüK Commissions & Recommissions album will be released, as well! I have been so grateful to write music for others. Whether it is putting music to a departed loved one's words, or writing full songs celebrating someone's life, love or golden jubilee, this has been a truly wonderful experience. And I always try to write that all these songs are felt deeply by the person asking for the commission, and also relatable to anyone who hears it. So, if you're wondering "Why do I want to hear a song about some unknown person's anniversary?"... There is most assuredly a relatable message in it for you too. Vol. 3 also includes a few new originals, and as with every Commissions album, a cover song. This time it is one of John Denver's last songs he wrote before he passed away. I recorded it ten years ago and finally feel it is time to share it. Along with having a wide range of talented friends throughout sharing their badassery, there is a song by all the guys of Spoonfed Tribe that we wrote for a dear friend who we all know and loved who passed away. There is a lot of love, pain, joy and emotion in this album, which I hope finds it's way into your world. NOT the pain, part!
